The brass is polished but unsealed and will develop a natural patina over time.
We use reclaimed cedar wood meaning each piece is different with unique colors and grain structures and will often include "imperfections" in the wood. These will never affect the integrity of the item and add character to the piece. The wood is naturally sealed using boiled linseed oil.
Wipe wood clean with a damp or dry cloth.
Brass may be polished with Brasso or similar products to bring back its shine though we recommend allowing time to age the metal with a unique patina.
