Damaged Items

RETURN POLICY

  • Unused items may be returned in their original packaging for a full refund, minus the shipping cost. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any item with use or damage to the box will not be considered for a refund. Money will only be refunded to the original form of payment or as a store credit and we cannot process the refund until we receive the item.

  • Unused items may also be exchanged with the customer paying for return shipping and CULT will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. If store credit is chosen and used at a later date shipping charges will still apply. We cannot process the exchange and ship the new item until we receive the old item.

  • Products damaged during shipping will be replaced by us at no cost to you. We will ship the new item out as soon as possible though there may be delays if an item is made to order (see more shipping info below)

SHIPPING
  • Shipping times will vary but we usually ship within 3 business days for orders placed before 5pm. Some items are made to order and require more time. This will be clearly stated in the listing. Please read the listings carefully for this information as you will not be able to cancel an order after 24 hours due to longer shipping times. You will be provided a tracking number when your item ships and you can contact us directly with any questions at that point.

  • No changes can be made to an order 24 hours after it has shipped. If you made a mistake when ordering or wish to request a change of address please do so as soon as possible and we will address the situation as best we can. 

  • For large/heavy items such as furniture we will offer local pickup/delivery in the Metro Atlanta area. This will be decided on a case by case basis with possible delivery fee, all of which will be stated clearly in the listing.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
  • All our products are handmade in the United States. We support other small/local businesses whenever possible and all our partners are also located in North America. 

  • We use minimal packaging saving resources and costs that would normally be passed on to the customer. Our boxes and packing filler are all recyclable and biodegradable. Please recycle according to local ordinances. 

  • All our ingredients are sustainably sourced, fair trade manufactured, and cruelty-free. We do not formulate with Phthalates, Parabens, Petroleum byproducts, Sulfates, Allergens, or any chemicals on the California Prop 65 ingredient list
